Terms of Service

By using the Mano Atliekos platform you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Provider

2. Service Description

Mano Atliekos is a free informational platform providing municipal waste collection schedules, route announcements and reminders for the following municipalities:

  • Kretinga municipality
  • Telšiai municipality
  • Mažeikiai municipality
  • Plungė municipality
  • Rietavas municipality
  • Skuodas municipality

Important: Information on the platform is indicative only and has no legal force. It does not replace official notices issued by the municipalities. Schedules may change; always verify current information through official municipal channels.

3. Registration and Account

Schedules may be viewed without registration. Registration is optional and is required only for notifications, saved addresses and other personalised features.

  • You must be at least 16 years of age. Younger users may access the platform only with parental or guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account: keeping your password confidential and reporting any unauthorised access.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • AFKzona Group MB reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if these Terms are violated.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the platform you agree not to use it for the following:

  • Automated data collection (scraping), bulk request submission or any activity that places unreasonable load on the platform infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, decompilation or attempts to access the platform source code.
  • Impersonating another user, a municipal employee or an AFKzona Group MB employee.
  • Submitting knowingly false error reports or incorrect schedules with the intent to mislead other users.
  • Any activity that violates applicable Lithuanian or European Union law.

Violations may be reported to competent authorities and may result in civil or criminal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The platform, its design, code, logo and other original content are owned by AFKzona Group MB and protected under the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Copyright and Related Rights.
  • Waste collection schedules and route data are owned by the respective municipalities. The platform uses this data for informational purposes only and makes no proprietary claim over it.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Any commercial reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works is prohibited without the prior written consent of AFKzona Group MB.

6. Service Availability

The platform is provided "as is". AFKzona Group MB makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access but does not guarantee:

  • 100% uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Absolute accuracy of schedule data — this data belongs to the municipalities and may change without prior notice.
  • Fitness of the platform for any specific purpose beyond its general informational function.

Planned maintenance windows will be announced on the platform in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be resolved as quickly as practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

This section limits the legal liability of AFKzona Group MB. If you have questions, please contact us before using the platform.

  • AFKzona Group MB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
  • The total liability of AFKzona Group MB is limited to direct damages directly caused by demonstrable fault on the part of AFKzona Group MB.
  • AFKzona Group MB is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays or other changes to official waste collection data owned and controlled by the municipalities.
  • These limitations do not apply to the extent they conflict with mandatory Lithuanian consumer protection provisions.

8. Modifications to These Terms

AFKzona Group MB reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. You will be notified of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available at manoatliekos.lt/terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the following order:

  • Initial resolution

    Before approaching a court or authority, please contact us directly: info@manoatliekos.lt. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.

  • Court jurisdiction

    Disputes not resolved amicably shall be referred to the Vilnius District Court in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • Consumer disputes

    Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT):
